Our philosopy: We wanted to make our own flavor of seasonings and sauces for grilling and/or smoking following these guidelines: The mixture had to be only high quality herbs and spices. Nothing added that we didn't want to eat. It had to be extremely awesome and the highlight of our Gator tailgate parties.
What you get here: Wonderful seasoning blends using only the highest quality herbs and spices. This ain't no Wally World special here. These are all hand picked and blended according to recipes created over many, many football games and other sporting events.
What you do with this stuff: Order seasonings and sauces online. Navigate to the Tailgate Recipes page to make a grocery list, and then pickup grillables and accessories at your local grocer or mega mart. Marinate or dry rub meat and vegetables, fireup the grill or smoker, and then follow one of our recipes or your own. Wise men say: Apply spice at the beginning and sauce at the end young grasshopper. Ok, tailgate and party on! That's it.
How do you buy it and when do you get it: Use your credit or debit card via PayPal on the site (add to cart and purchase), and it will be shipped out in 2-3 days, or send us a check with your order to (Please allow an extra 3-5 business days if sending personal check or money order). We gather no information whatsoever on this site except shipping address and e-mail if provided, so that we can track your shipments and notify you of any changes. We do like to send out holiday gifts to frequent shoppers, so don't be alarmed if Santa sends you a tasty treat in the mail.
